Don't want to leave Fido at home? For a limited time, bring your furry friend along for only $1 one-way when flying on Silver Airways.

Take Your Pet Onboard for Only $1

Silver Airways has a limited route network mostly serving flights within Florida or between Florida and the Bahamas. Service is expanding later this year to include flights to/from Branson and one northeastern route between Boston and Bar Harbor.

The $1 one-way in-cabin pet fee is available during your flight purchase on silverairways.com for bookings made on or before June 25, 2018. The $1 fee will be donated to an animal charity.

The regular Fido Fare is only $25 for Florida flights and $30 for Bahamas flights. 5% of this fee gets donated to an animal shelter. These fees are much lower than other airlines' pet fees, which are usually around $100 or more one-way. If you find yourself flying on Silver Airways and have a small pet to bring along, it could be cheaper than taking your pet to the kenel.

Silver Airways will accept domestic cats, dogs, and household birds in the passenger compartment. Pets in the cabin must be kept in a container no larger than 17x16x9 inches and must be stowed under the seat. The animals must be harmless, inoffensive, and odorless.
