Just in time for when wintery weather sets in, American Airlines will add new nonstop flight options from New York to three top leisure destinations in the Caribbean and Central America. Starting on November 21, American will add daily service from New York-JFK to Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ) and San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO); on December 21, Saturday only service to Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) will also be added, the company announced in a statement today.

Seasonal service from New York-JFK to Antigua (ANU) and from New York-LGA to Aruba (AUA) will also receive extensions with the Aruba route shifting to a year-round offering.
