You'll find similar fares on United, Spirit, and Frontier, but those airlines all limit baggage to just a small personal item at the lowest price. American includes a carry-on bag plus a small personal item.

Las Vegas - London $182 Roundtrip for Fall/Winter/Spring Travel

Fly nonstop from Las Vegas to London, Ontario for $182 roundtrip on Swoop. This price won't get you to England, but you can enjoy some great architecture by just crossing the northern border. Swoop announced a major expansion last week and intro fares are available for purchase through the end of this week. This route begins October 3, 2019, and will operate on Sundays and Thursdays. Travel dates are available through April. I found this price for a flight departing Las Vegas LAS on the inaugural flight, Thursday, October 3, returning from London YXU on Sunday, October 6. Swoop's fares only include a small personal item. Adding a larger carry-on or checked bag will cost an additional $40-$46 CAD each way.

Seattle (Boeing Field) - Oakland $198 Roundtrip for Summer/Fall Travel

Starting today, new nonstop flights are available from Seattle's Boeing Field Airport to Oakland on JetSuiteX. You can fly in luxury for $198 roundtrip from late July through October. I found seats departing Seattle BFI on Wednesday, August 7 returning from Oakland OAK on Sunday, August 11. JetSuiteX offers a semi-private experience with Business Class legroom and service for a fraction of the cost on other airlines. The airline is also starting 3 new routes to and from Phoenix (PHX) this fall, adding to its current operation within California and between California and Las Vegas.

Boston - Los Angeles $237 Roundtrip for Year-Round Travel

Fly from Toronto to Tokyo for $663 CAD roundtrip ($510 USD) on American. Similar fares are also available from Montreal and Ottawa. With flights this low from Canada to Japan, travelers on the East Coast of the U.S. may want to look at positioning to Toronto (YYZ), Montreal (YUL), or Ottawa (YOW) first and then buying a separate flight to Japan. Plus, you can add in a few days on either end to enjoy one of Canada's top cities as well.
