Los Angeles – Tbilisi $542 Roundtrip on LOT Polish

Here’s a fantastic fare from LOT Polish’s 90th Anniversary sale. Fly from Los Angeles to Tbilisi, Georgia for $542 roundtrip this winter or spring. Tourism is on the uptick in this affordable country, and there are no shortages of sites to keep you busy. If you're a foodie, the khinkali (dumplings) and khachapuri (cheese-filled bread) are worth the trip alone; also Georgian wine is top-notch as they’ve been perfecting it for thousands of years. As an example, I was able to find seats departing LAX on Friday, March 8 and returning from TBS on Saturday, March 16, 2019.

Providence – Dublin $232 Roundtrip on Norwegian

Get lucky with Norwegian’s New Year Sale and fly nonstop from Providence to Dublin for $232 roundtrip this winter. Fares for this daily nonstop service are available on select dates starting in mid-January through the end of March. Unfortunately, departures around St. Patrick's Day are a bit more, but you can still find some good one-way deals in the weeks surrounding the holiday. Baltimore – New Orleans $150 Roundtrip on Southwest

Southwest's New Year Sale is still going strong, and with over 1,200 routes marked down, there is undoubtedly a deal in store for you. Here’s a solid fare from that sale, fly from Baltimore to New Orleans for $150 roundtrip this winter or spring. Flights at this price are available Monday through Thursdays and Saturdays from early February through late April; however, some one-way flights for $75 from Baltimore to the Big Easy can be found in May. A reminder that Southwest fares can only be purchased on Southwest.com, where I found seats departing BWI on Tuesday, March 26 and returning from MSY on Thursday, April 4, 2019. Mardi Gras dates are blacked out.

New York – Austin $197 Roundtrip on Multiple Airlines

Want a Brooklyn vibe without the wintery weather? Keep it weird in Austin, Texas with nonstop flights from American, Delta, or JetBlue for $197 roundtrip. Availability is for last-minute travel in early February. It's a tight travel window, but with daily service, at this price, you can turn it into a great weekend getaway. Mix-and-match one-way fares for $99, and you can create an itinerary that works best for your travel schedule. As an example, I found tickets on JetBlue for weekend travel departing JFK on Friday, February 8 and returning from AUS on Sunday, February 10, 2019.

Boston – Tampa $137 Roundtrip on Delta

It's been a pretty mild winter in the Boston area snow-wise, but that doesn't mean it will stay that way. Avoid shoveling the walkway with this terrific deal to Tampa from Delta. Fly nonstop from Boston to Tampa for $137 roundtrip through early-February. This last-minute deal is excellent for snowbirds that have been waiting until after the holidays to fly south. Departures are valid starting next week with return flights open through the first weekend in February. Most trips to Florida are bookable Monday through Wednesday with returns available any day of the week. Sample travel dates include, depart BOS on Wednesday, January 30 and return from TPA on Sunday, February 3, 2019.

San Diego – Los Cabos $233 Roundtrip on Southwest

Haven’t made plans for Valentine’s Day yet? Set up a date South of the Border. Here’s a lovely fare from one of our 14 fares for Valentine's Day getaways round-up. Fly nonstop on Southwest from San Diego to Los Cabos for $233 roundtrip for a romantic rendezvous or for just a regular vacation through early May. Travel days will vary by week, but for the most part, this fare is available for midweek travel. Searching on the Southwest site, I found seats departing San Diego on Monday, February 11 and returning from SJD on Friday, February 15, 2019. Perfect for those looking to celebrate Valentine’s week sitting pretty poolside in the sun.

Phoenix – Vancouver $193 Roundtrip on American

Visit our neighbor to the north with this airfare deal from American. Fly nonstop from Phoenix to Vancouver for $193 roundtrip through March. Departure dates will vary by week and flights will need to take place before mid-February with returns available in early March. As an example, I found tickets at this price leaving PHX on Thursday, February 7 and returning from YVR on Sunday, February 10, 2019.

San Francisco – Sydney $680 Roundtrip on United

Many of the amazing unadvertised Australia deals from Friday have gone, but a few great fares are still sticking around, and the Qantas sale is still going strong. This fare is technically unadvertised as United hasn’t listed any purchase by dates, but it looks like it will stick around for a few more days. So here’s your chance to save some cash on this often-pricey route. Fly nonstop from San Francisco to Sydney for $680 roundtrip through October. Departures are available Monday through Thursday with departures valid through September, returns available in October. Other travel dates might be available for a similar price but may require a stopover. Sample dates include, depart SFO on Monday, September 9 and returning from SYD on Monday, September 23, 2019.

Detroit – Las Vegas $157 Roundtrip on Frontier

Last week Frontier announced a network expansion and introduced a whole slew of new routes. Here’s a deal on new service by the carrier from Detroit to Las Vegas for $157 roundtrip. The inaugural flight is on April 30 and the three times weekly service departs on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This looks like the new standard price on the route so watch for other airlines to match and keep an eye on Frontier's promo codes and sales. To try out this new flight option, you can depart DTW on Sunday, May 5 and return from LAS on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at this price.

Ft. Lauderdale – Los Angeles $237 Roundtrip on Alaska or JetBlue

Fly cross-country from Ft. Lauderdale to Los Angeles for $237 roundtrip, nonstop, on either JetBlue or Alaska through March. Take-off from Ft. Lauderdale on Tuesday or Wednesday with returns from LA available on Sunday through Wednesdays. With both airlines matching prices you can also combine separate one-way fares from each carrier to create a custom itinerary. Searching on Alaska’s site, I found tickets departing FLL on Wednesday, March 6 and returning from LAX on Sunday, March 10, 2019.
